Delays
Please note that shipping delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high demand periods. FSX Collectibles LLC is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
FSX Collectibles LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
