All Sales Policy
Due to the nature of trading cards and collectibles, all sales are considered final unless the item arrives damaged or there is a clear error with your order.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Opened trading card products (packs, boxes, or bundles)
- Items that have been used, altered, or tampered with
- Items returned without prior contact
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:
- Photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund if approved.
Refunds (if applicable)
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been shipped.
Lost or Stolen Packages
FSX Collectibles LLC is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
